JetBrain’s pricing is both SaaS and ownership: you can continue to pay to get upgrades, or you can stop after the first year and keep the IDE as-is.

Agreed! It would be fantastic if there was a discount for folks who already have an "all products pack."

The all products pack becomes less appealing every year somehow...
