Not a good comparison, considering six independent research bodies including NASA have experimentally verified that this does work (citing the OP article)

They have verified that there is an effect that needs explaining. Claiming that 'it works' is just as premature as claiming that it definitely doesn't.

It's still well within the realm of measurement error.
