Re:Please don't use Slack for FOSS projects on Monday February 01, 2016 @12:56PM (#11013609)
Finally someone said it. I have a tough time with one of the project I am working on during my personal time. By the time I go home and get time to work on it or ask a few questions, I don't see anyone in that slack room. When I am work, slack is blocked, so I have to wait till weekends to get someone answer my question.
I always wondered why tomatoes and onions tasted different in some other country. I specially remember the tiny little tomatoes and the tiny little onions. Nothing looked perfect, but it all tasted amazing and I realized when I had the very first bite of my sandwich and salad, it was all flavorful. Glad I know why.

Not really. I used to play my piano sitting.

I have used this rack as my standing and sitting desk. One rack adjusted for sitting position and one for standing. I used to stand most of the time. Not as conveniently adjustable as standing desk but it worked for me at $100. http://www.staples.com/Hirsh-Heavy-Duty-Riveted-Boltless-Ste...

I love it and I will use it. I wanted to do something similar, App store for SaaS products. You have done it really beautiful and meaningful.

Thanks. That was what I guessed. When it comes to funding just ideas, it tends to be only about the team.

You said it well my friend. Dear Github had substance and this feels shallow for its timing and content.
Re:Bitcoin Is Dead, Long Live Bitcoin on Friday January 15, 2016 @11:11AM (#10910142)
The very people who want the value to go up will keep the Bitcoin alive. It is too early to proclaim it dead.
Re:The Founder’s Battle for Mental Health on Wednesday January 13, 2016 @11:35AM (#10895513)
Well said. Just to add, make a note of the things that OP said and keep up your effort by not relying totally 100% on medication, like you don't when diabetic and try a healthy meal along with the medication.
Re:Why I love Rust on Friday January 08, 2016 @09:37AM (#10865094)
I learned Go but now I am more curious to try out Rust. I never ever thought I would be learning so many languages including Javascript apart from Java which I know. And I am glad that because of simplicity of Go and Javascript I am much more confident of my abilities to learn new things and comfortable to try out new languages, which wasn't the case before.

+1 for the redmonk.com link. This data looks more inline with what I see everyday.
Re:TIOBE Index for January 2016 on Friday January 08, 2016 @09:18AM (#10864960)
Exactly that's what I thought. I was assuming Go, Rust had lot of traction this year.
