I've been meaning to make saved sites editable - will implement this asap.
Regarding the app download, I figured you have to log in anyway to get the license key, and the direct download link is on the same page. The Dropbox link is only required for older versions of the app, and the latest version (1.0.6) includes auto updates. I get your point though - this process could definitely be improved; hopefully I'll have time tomorrow.
I'm not sure about the connection issue - I'll do some testing on my mac tomorrow to try to replicate the error, and will hopefully have an update very soon!
(and y'know, for SEO purposes etc. cough cough)
In the meantime I may see if I can also embed the WP admin page so the user has quick access if they want to change anything.
Thanks for your feedback!
Thank you very much for your feedback, I really appreciate it!
It's reassuring to know that I'm not alone (so presumably it's not just because I'm a terrible developer), but disheartening at the same time because who knows when things will improve?
I'm in an ok situation financially (no mortgage, earning a little bit doing AI training) so have the freedom to develop a couple apps of my own. This is something I've wanted to do for ages, but they're a long way from making any kind of money. I can't complain but I'd really rather have a stable income at this stage.
I haven't used either for some time now because I don't use Windows much these days, but I tried both and vastly preferred AutoIt. I'm surprised that the author stuck with AHK when he says "AHK v1 was very, very bad.", when surely AutoIt was a viable alternative?
I don't think I'm particularly prone to suggestion (although I was young at the time). I feel like if it can happen to me, it must happen to other people also, and I too wonder how much of what we remember is false memories.
My wife bought me five different coloured lithops for my birthday a few years ago. They're all still alive, and I think all of them have flowered at least once. I never water them unless they're wrinkly; when they are, I give them a small amount of water each day until they're smooth again.
However, I imagine a lot of people signed up just before me, so I was probably at the end of a long list. The wait wouldn't be this long if you sign up today, I reckon. I'm just guessing though.
I used it during the beta period a few years ago and IMO it was good, but nothing really special. I'm all for paying for software, but it's relatively expensive, and doesn't seem to offer anything new when compared with something like Sublime Merge, the paid version of which is about one third the price.
Looking at job listings, most places seem to say that experience with C# is required. Do I just need to keep looking, or are these companies possibly more open minded regarding previous experience than they appear?
A few weeks ago I talked to a recruiter who confirmed that I'm being underpaid. Since then I've struggled to stay motivated, but I also really hate job hunting/interviewing etc. I'm technically self employed, working for a single client, so I'm considering telling him that I'm going to take Fridays off. If he doesn't like that idea I'll start job hunting for real.
I'm pretty sure the `dash to panel` Gnome extension does what you want: https://extensions.gnome.org/extension/1160/dash-to-panel/
From memory, it can be configured to show the window titles instead of just the icons, like the screenshot at the bottom of this page: https://linuxhint.com/create_two_panel_layout_gnome_shell_us...
To be fair, the search results may well have changed in between now and then but the support number isn't that hard to find on the coinbase site. Are you sure this person is being truthful, and not running their own scam?
I don't know what to make of it.
I agree with everything you've said.
Note that white-tails and redbacks have also migrated to NZ from Australia.
Also, from Wikipedia: "A katipō bite produces the toxic syndrome latrodectism; symptoms include extreme pain and, potentially, hypertension, seizure, or coma." Not exactly what I'd call charming.
