Poll: How do you run your coding agents day to day?

With all the noise out there, I'm curious how people actually do their coding every day in practice. Pick the setup you spend most of your agent time in. If yours doesn't fit, please describe it in the comments.

Disclosure: we built an orchestrator, codealong, before we even knew about some of the other options out there.

I feel like software factories try too hard to streamline something that needs human attention, but I could be wrong.
