Is there any evidence of that claim by Vance? I am not trying to be confrontational but this claim is so outstanding that it pulled my attention. How did his people got it to a level that they prove it is systematically abused. I am not saying it is being abused or not. I am literally curious on how anyone in the face of earth could do that to a point that you can prove it is not an isolated event.

Anyone, best of luck for people.

(Imo, anti immigration is the easiest way to cut ties with other nations if you plan to send your boys in there to get a trauma)

Why aren’t they trying to change the laws of h1b, etc. while they have control of the all branches of the government and instead just target certain companies? Why not just close the loopholes, assuming there is systematic abuse, so no one can abuse the system anymore?

This is a very well known tactic in H1B factory like Tata and Cognizant, people has been complaining about this for years. Not sure about Microsoft though.

I'm sorry. I am not saying you are lying. Please don't take like this. But if someone wants to audit this to prove it, how would they do? Because if they are just exploiting a hole, why not fix the hole?
