His point is that "LGBTQ propaganda" is just... human rights advocacy. They're just people and they need the same rights as others. Traditional societies just say: you don't exist, go away.

No, pretty sure it's the pairing of "LGBTQ" with the word "propaganda" (the latter of course having very negative connotations).
