Propaganda should always be like this: warm, fuzzy, happy with a guy smiling and showing destruction of the "second best army in Ukraine" (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KSPOy51eRro), A army that is completely in shambles and is fighting with shovels yet is a danger to the rest of the "civilized world" and to NATO and that's why all countries must join NATO.

that was a group job between USA wanting a fierce enemy to justify all the military expending and russia happy to share that notion as the "big strong russian bear", they shouldn't have believed on their own lies

Russia is good enough at convincing everyone around them to join NATO, that NATO doesn't even need propaganda to begin with. Having an individual national identity and a large murderous neighbour kinda makes it hard for a European country to not start thinking about it.

You don't really get propaganda the same way in the west because due to free speech rules you have people saying all sorts of stuff, people saying the usual Russia is bad, the likes of Tucker saying he hopes Russia wins. In dictatorships it's more one sided because they imprison those that say the wrong thing.

i don't think they need to spend a dime in propaganda when everything that happened(including the washing machines) was embarrassing for russia, or are going to say that Ukraine propaganda machine is so strong to even fool UK and USA intel?

Yes, and the Chinese Military Atache to the Russian drone command is making observations, and recomendations about performance and tactical considerations, in complete disregard to who made what.
The north Korean atache on the other hand, will be blinking a lot.

The Ukrainians seem pretty good with the drone stuff. I mean the Russians have drones too but the Ukranians seems a bit more innovative with their use, taking out the Russian navy with naval drones, much of Russia's oil refining with arial drones and now this.
