For the ultimate performance, so to speak, Valhala still needs to arrive into the JVM.

So .NET has quite a few tricks that on Java side still require FFI, or clever use of Panama, maybe.

These tools won't really close the gap unless Panama's vector APIs get a big makeover.

Panama vector API is still in preview for a reason.

And it depends on Valhala being done.
