Judge in Shreveport Issues Restraining Order Against Kenyon Glover
A sexual assault protective order is a court order that directs a person accused of abuse to stay away from the person filing the petition.
First Judicial District judge Michael A. Pitman ordered Glover not to abuse, harass or assault the victim in any manner whatsoever.
Glover is forbidden from contacting the victim personally, by phone, in writing, electronically through email or text messaging, over social media or through a third person.
Under the protective order, Glover is prohibited from coming within 100 yards of the woman. According to the document, Glover must maintain a distance of 100 yards from her home, school, or places of business.
The prohibition includes the use, attempted use, or threatened use of physical force that would reasonably be expected to cause bodily injury.
Judge Michael “Mike” Pitman previously served as an assistant district attorney in Caddo and Bossier Parishes, where he specialized in prosecuting high-profile felonies. He is married to Chief Judge Frances Jones Pittman, according to the Louisiana Judiciary.
Glover, 45, is an ordained minister with Faithful & Focused Ministries based in Dallas, Texas, which includes Faithful & Focused Ministries Podcast. Court records show Glover is employed at PickUp USA Fitness in Coppell, Texas, where he was served legal documents by Caddo Parish Clerk of Court.
