Wasm is anything but 'secure'.
You should go watch any of the numerous blackhat presentations on wasm or just talk to some of the security researchers out there. You can do attacks that most people haven't been able to do for 20+ years.
Wasm has horrible security.

There are entire companies whose whole focus is distributed databases which Kyle rightfully shits all over.
Fly is not a database company.
The fact that a company like Fly routinely shows up on HN for their services being down boggles the mind that anyone would even think about using their "distributed database" bullshit.
Quite insane times the 2023s are.
