The downside of AI-generated user insights are obvious, but that said, I presented my company's domain to it. The problems, pain points and goals it gave me were spot on.

I'm not sure whether a good thing, or a bad thing, that it doesn't seem to pick up on ridiculous ideas but I suggested that my business sells sweets, and my target audience is thirsty people; It rambled on about refreshing beverages but didn't take "my business" into account at all.

Yes, it worked for my industry, too. It ignored pricing (customer might be looking for a cheaper alternative)
