We live in a world where an obese man won the Miss America pageant, and everyone is expected to pretend he's a healthy woman, because otherwise they're just hateful bigots.

The left will tell you (and demand that you accept) that that's somehow a healthy human being.

And to the extent that we accept it, it is a demand to reject fertility as an indicator for human health.

By all means eat yourself into a sphere, neuter yourself with sex hormones, mutilate your genitals - live your best life, but understand that if we all behaved that way the species would go extinct.

And I do not owe it to anyone to pretend otherwise.
