So they'll just "revoke" the offer the day you start.

For an international relocation that would be much, much worse than what happened here.

We could make it so that making an offer implies the immediate payment of 3 to 6 months of salary, against the fiture actual salary.

If the offer is later rescinded the candidate doesn't have to pay it back.
