Incredibly low unemployment doesn't mean good news for workers. You can cut or reduce unemployment benefits, and with the massive increase in CoL in the last couple of years, people will desperate enough to accept any job, no matter how bad, and boom, you have almost no unemployment.

IMHO, some unemployment is good. It means people are not desperate enough to jump to places with bad pay or poor working conditions.
