We've dubbed this "ridicule" case.

Upper case is majuscule.

Lower case is miniscule.

Mixed case is ridicule.

I've seen it dubbed "sponge-case" and am pretty fond of the term.

Mine is actuall a bit more specific. Capitalize every other letter PLUS the start of each word
