So, Apple ditches the wired charging port, and continues to sell their MagSafe Qi chargers with Lightning.

Unless I can charge it with my body temperature, I don't want anything to do with a device that has no connector.

I have been seeing comments like this since the news of the EU law. Does nobody use CarPlay? Most CarPlay systems are wired. I don't see Apple going portless any time soon.
