Your sources on meat & dairy being the largest contributors to climate change are a Daily Mail article quoting the CEO of a vegan food company, and a paragraph in wikipedia that doesn't mention climate change?

The CEO is one of the authors of the study, a professor emeritus in the department of biochemistry at Stanford University.

It seems disingenuous to compare carbon emission that comes from a carbon cycle, to that of fossil fuels.
