Why not close the shop and join deno?

Is Deno trying to solve these problems (Linting, Formatting, Polyfilling and bundling)?
I was under the impression that Deno was a node-like runtime using Rust bindings to libuv instead of C++.
Deno linter: https://deno.land/manual/tools/linter
Deno format: https://deno.land/manual/tools/formatter
Deno bundle: https://deno.land/manual/tools/bundler
Not sure about polyfilling, but it might leverage TSC for that?
Added bonus is Deno compile, for creating standalone executables: https://deno.land/manual/tools/compiler
All of those packages are for running things in Deno or creating modules that will run in Deno.
Rome is for building frontend packages and apps.
Deno uses tokio instead of libuv. Deno comes with a large amount of tooling built-in: formatting, testing, linting, documentation, and other
