That's bullshit. Even Chinese academics in the west don't care about stealing or copying.

There's a reason nobody bothers to cite Chinese papers, it's because you should cite the original instead.

Since I scolded someone up thread for saying "blatant lie", I'd better point out that you should just as much drop "That's bullshit" from your comments here, regardless of how wrong another user may be.
