I was thinking to just have Firefox on my phone as well.

Is 1Password able to provide passwords and credit card information inside other apps?

If you use 1Password on iOS, it is now able to offer completion all over the OS, including apps. For desktop apps, copy paste.

Passwords sync just fine to Firefox on iOS too. No need for a dedicated password manager.

Yes, password managers work inside apps for logins and personal info.
