Noob :) Get TSA Pre, checkin on your phone, park your car in the exact right spot, walk directly to the security gate. Throw your two carryons on the conveyer belt and walk through the metal detector. Pick up items and walk to gate. Total time from car to gate is < 10 minutes at SFO.

In all fairness, it can be hard to predict--although I can't say I've had any real issue at SFO for a while. But because I hate to feel rushed unnecessarily, I add getting an airline club membership and chill for the extra hour or whatever that I have.
