It ridiculous that waze is sending people into some of these neighborhoods. There’s no way people are saving time.

Waze is definitely a contributing factor. Blame can be shared.

There are even programs in various cities in the middle of the country that will pay to bus homeless people to California. And then those states try to stop all federal funding on homelessnes.

California is housing the country’s homeless, federal funding should be taking care of most of this problem.

Or lawyers made the decision as part of their “document retention” policy, and no one spent much time thinking about the repercussions.
