Electron gets hate due to filesize and memory bloat. C++ gets hate for memory leaks. Rust with Tauri relies on a webview which could change versions underneath the app when the OS gets an update.Which language and cross platform desktop GUI framework checks the boxes for being lightweight in terms of filesize and memory usage, has native controls, supports accessibility and uses retained mode...
Took me way too long to realize I could touch to interact. Very cool!
Next someone will want to render a canvas in the html in the canvas.
This is the winning comment
You should look into the App Store Small Business Program to see if you qualify for reduced commissions.

Revenue is $20 million annually, there are 3 developers and budget is tight? Can we drill into this?

Have you tried any ad blocker extensions to see if they already handle that?

Turn off the prompt. Tap the menu at the top right of Reddit, go to Settings, and uncheck Ask To Open In App.

Server-side Blazor has been around for a little while now and it was announced last week that Blazor WebAssembly is now production-ready. Have you started adopting either one or do you plan to any time soon?

I'm pretty sure Adobe Air is free. And Electron is only popular among developers, whereas Air is a runtime for end users. Not saying you should use Air, just that I think what you are building has been built before. I do applaud you for the work, though.
Congratulations on your release! With Adobe Air you could make executables with html/css/js (or flash). End users had to have the Adobe Air runtime installed to run the apps. Can you help understand if the concept you have here is much different than, or much the same as the Adobe Air concept?
Thank you for providing App Review Times for so long. I used (and gave my own results to) this service. I wish you good luck in your next adventure.
I think a good way is to pick a framework or library and start building something that you would use for yourself. If you choose react then just start building and as you hit things you don't know how to do, refer back to the course or search the Internet for the solution. Just start building something.
I'm curious. Is there anything preventing you from using MacOS or Windows?

Android phones have had this for a long time. What could be so hard about adding a pause button to the iPhone video camera? Is it a legal thing? A patent issue?
I wondered the same about text in search results. My guess is that web page authors would rather let it happen than lose out on the traffic.

Go to your favorite news outlet's website, find an ad, right click it and choose Inspect. You'll likely see that it was embedded using a cross-domain iframe. If iframes are so evil and insecure, then why are they still allowed to be used by top websites to let third-party ad networks embed ads? Please don't ask why I would want to use iframes. I have my reasons for a specific scenario. I know...
That just might do the trick
