This is just wrong.
The hashrate is proportional to the network security, eg 51% attack.
The sentiment on HN against crypto strikes me as odd… it’s like saying cars are the devils tool in the 1900s …

If you want to hire someone anyways, hire a senior engineer and let him start from scratch. Two problems solved at once.
Ask HN: How do raise concern over remote employees commitment/working hours
We work in a remote setting with a lot of trust and freedom. Usually that doenst get exploited, but there is one guy I'm not sure about. How can I raise concern on the time he puts in without destroying our relationship?
