Ask HN: How do raise concern over remote employees commitment/working hours
We work in a remote setting with a lot of trust and freedom. Usually that doenst get exploited, but there is one guy I'm not sure about.
How can I raise concern on the time he puts in without destroying our relationship?

Keep in mind that your perceptions may not be accurate. Assessing folks remotely is hard.
