Very bad, at least in our case (small company). They reply mostly with templates. When one issue would have taken a bit more time to solve (Thunderbird IMAP issue with ONE of our user names) they simply stopped responding after a while.
AND: You can NOT go back to the free service, at least not easily! Talk about lock-in...

I disagree. Is SAP deceptive just because one popular organization prefers another definition of open source? The OSI did not invent the term "open source". The term "open source" itself should not imply a specific license.

Nice idea. The monitors.txt should/could also contain selenium or imacros scripts for transaction monitoring, for use by monitoring services like alertfox or browsermob.

Yes. Like in most of Europe, whoever looses the case should have to pay BOTH sides legal fees.

That makes it double impressive. This market really needs competition, so all the best.

The 25-year old knows that if his startup fails he can easily find a first (or new) job at Google etc two years later. That does not apply to 45+ year olds. The risk is much higher.

Yeah, right. You forget: That is easy in college, but actually much more difficult later in life when all your friends have jobs and family. In other words, works in some way as a nicely worded age discrimination. Not that it affects me, but getting older makes you more sensitive for these things ;)

The main purpose of this site is to promote YC backed startups (same as TechCrunch).
I still learn a lot from this site, so I don't really mind. Although I wish it would be different.
At least they are motivated to maintain it well!

>It's about entrepreneurs screwing early-employees,
Yes, that surprised me a lot! Especially from founders that are somewhat "famous" and are connected to YC. I expected they don't play these tricks. Greed?
Anyone knows how their employees reacted to this news? If I would have worked 50+ hours for year(s) and then read this... :(
