Re:Ask HN: Any good polished email alternative to Proton Mail? on Saturday October 17, 2026 @11:30PM (#50137673)
Fastmail has a polished UI and a great search unlike Proton. WebDAV storage is another great bonus.
No, they are not a scam, but yes, users' experience with them is sometimes disappointing.

Re:Ask HN: Got any SAS idea for 4 DevOps/SRE seniors? on Friday October 17, 2025 @01:27PM (#45619366)
Hetzner is awesome, but keep in mind, that it has a very limited set of cloud services and lacking many things like managed Kubernetes, advanced networking, certificates and secrets management etc, you will need to build this by yourself. You can build your own K8s cluster and deploy some containerised services, it would be a great exercise.

Re:Kagi Reaches 50k Users on Monday June 09, 2025 @08:04AM (#44223618)
We desperately need from Kagi: 1. Change jurisdiction to Switzerland 2. Build (or at least partner with someone) to build an independent index 3. Extend services to paid e-mail, collaboration and other tools of a whole ecosystem. I'm ready to pay!
Re:Kagimail on Saturday June 07, 2025 @09:20AM (#44209482)
Is anyone testing this already?
