No beef with anything. I am trying to understand the win-win situation here.

The proliferation of H1B consulting companies tells me that this business model is widely being used. The legal structure to prevent misuse seems to have inbuilt backdoors.

As someone that comes from humble backgrounds from a third world country, i went on 0 vacations. All the money was put in for education, food , clothing and shelter.

After working for Google for short duration, i second this opinion.

The engineers simply want to do cool complicated things. They dont give a damn about enterprise world, requirements, and deadlines.
