I do all my coding as few-shot copilot tasks with shared context to save on claude. Same principle, actually more efficient.
Re:StackOverflow now gets fewer than 1000 questions a month on Saturday October 31, 2026 @02:17AM (#50313666)
StackOverflow bans questions about AI first situations as irrelevant :(

This is obvious since undertranscribed CRHR2 region means undertranscribed AQP1 to trigger cellular glymphatic release, as well as undertranscribed INMT to trigger DMT-class dreaming and neuroflexibility.

Eventuakly this downregulates the pseudoautosomal region and xq28, including melatonin-ptoducing ASMT/ASMTL, renin-angiotensin-aldosterone-regulating AVPR2, neuroimmune and inflammation regulating IL3R and IL9R, and more.

Alzheimer's and BRCA-mediated breast cancers share triggers because BRCA1 (breast cancer associated 1) is in the same region and CRHR1 (corticotropin rlreasing hormone receptor 1) and MAPT (tau protein)

But strangulation in cheap thrillers is fine. Such a dishonest law. You can look at the politicians who support this as failures of human beings, and implicate their families for not controlling them better.

A used single-wide on a remote lot definitely costs less than $500/mo. This dude can't imagine inexpensive rural life.
Re:Secret of Orange Cats Revealed After 60-Year Search on Monday October 12, 2026 @08:31AM (#50055467)
I was just thinking how behavioral differences of red haired foxes, cats, and humans from their closest relatives are explained by the same sort of proopiomelanocortin and other substantia nigra differences from weak MC1R activity.
Re:IBM Cannot Hide the Layoffs Forever on Tuesday October 06, 2026 @08:01PM (#49985979)
Indians at IBM illegally discriminate against US citizens. This should be cracked down on to the full extent of law. Names of every lawbreaker should be spread publicly.
Should people be prosecuted for serial crimes that start when they're minors before they're ever caught? Or should they be charged as minors?

Re:Show HN: Asimov's 4 Laws for AI Contexts on Sunday September 27, 2026 @04:59PM (#49870775)
The gobbledygook means different dependencies on AI. Not lack of dependencies on AI.

There are definitely ways to exclude huge spaces of English reliably..that's not what this is doing

It was not literally as bad as crack in the 80s. That's an insulting comparison.

Re:More than 900 killed in Gaza this year despite ceasefire on Friday September 18, 2026 @02:34PM (#49758353)
"Mass murder" is the right term. Unless they were shooting at Israelis or trying to set explosives or something.
I'm surprised solutions weren't trained off their Office365 or Google Docs..
The kynuerenine pathway makes a bunch of stuff besides niacinamide aka nicotinamide.

88% to 96% of tryptophan on average iirc, gets turned into kynurenine from average intake.

Reporting incidents as sev-2 that obviously aren't, across state lines, electronically, to secure employment is wire fraud.

Once your corporation normalizes serial felon behavior, stability goes down the drain.

Re:Federal government surveilling professional lobstermen on Thursday September 03, 2026 @11:10AM (#49551193)
Lobster and fish overharvesting fraud is off the charts in parts of New England especially. It's about time.

So easy for fishers to sell prime catches to local markets and suppliers who will fill in quota species instead or skip paperwork altogether.

So easy for boats to unload their catches of protected species to markets on paper as different animals to local sellers. They save the honest paperwork to sell to national distributors.

(The only time I've seen wider public coverage about this is that TV show "hightown")

This company would be more trustworthy if it listed an HQ, about page, history founder info, or anything...
