Friend, I'm in my 50s now and I can tell you that you really are only just getting started. I highly recommend finding a new activity or social group and without making massive changes, as those can feel daunting, just make a small change to involve yourself with that. Even just once a month being part of a park run club, or getting to know people in your local art scene, or doing a cooking course, can start you down a path that will enrich your life.
Do you want to socialise more but can’t or are you satisfied with how things are?
And how many people could actually understand that paper?
Anyone who could would find it easily enough.

It’s xenophobia. Doesn’t smell much better.
Have you tried a few toots on an air horn to indicate to your colleagues that the thing on the screen was unexpected?

One thing worth noting is our popular notion of what a star seems to be is quite different from what astronomers have.
One example, Canis Majoris has a radius of about 1420 solar radii. But its mass is roughly
17±8 times the mass of the Sun and therefore an average density of 5.33 to 8.38 mg/m3. “It is over 100.000 times less dense than Earth’s atmosphere at sea level.”

What battery did you install and how much did it cost?
We have quarter-hour pricing here in Vienna and during the sunnier half of the year electricity is cheaper during the day.
It would be interesting to calculate how long it would take to pay off.
People have had the capability to spread already existing biological weapons for decades. Sometimes they even do (anthrax in the post). What’s changed?

Absolute trash. No more worthwhile than the AI slop inaccurate copies of actually well made educational videos on YouTube. Why do we accept this crap?
It’s still an open question in cosmology. We’re still not sure even if it’s “flat”.

At least in the EU I can't access any runner pages on the site. They claim only intermittent issues on the status page but they are totally down for me.
That’s part of his standard bag of tricks. Say loads of ridiculous offensive threatening stuff. See what sticks with his base. Let the sycophants around him laugh nervously but not explicitly say he’s joking unless he does first. He’s only joking when it suits and not joking when it also suits.
Henry Hill: You're a pistol, you're really funny. You're really funny.
Tommy DeVito: What do you mean I'm funny?
Henry Hill: It's funny, you know. It's a good story, it's funny, you're a funny guy.
[laughs]
Tommy DeVito: What do you mean, you mean the way I talk? What?
Henry Hill: It's just, you know. You're just funny, it's... funny, you know the way you tell the story and everything.
Tommy DeVito:
[it becomes quiet]
Funny how? What's funny about it?

Beware of trying it when you really might need your phone. It can get stuck in weird ways where triple-clicking brings up the pin entry screen and then shuts off the display for a while being unresponsive to the power button. Basically it’s frustratingly buggy.

It’s worth pointing out that already last year while China’s coal power capacity grew their actual power production from coal fell.
Also need to reduce use of coal in steel production too, yet.
