There were reports that pipe bombs were found at both the RNC and DNC headquarters today.
Well said, this point can not be stated enough!
Money can’t buy happiness, I guess I’ll have to rent it
The results are excellent and give me hope they will be able to keep the chips from throttling with active cooling under the most stressful loads.
My current work laptop is a the 16 inch 2019 Macbook Pro with 8-Core Intel Core i9 at 2.3 GHz, and using the Intel Power Gadget, the form factor can not achieve the max frequency of 3.6ghz on a single core. I have the machine elevated on a stand with the maximum air flow, even with no external monitors connected, it still throttles.
The air is missing the active cooling.
The next upgrade that puts apple chip in the 4 port pro would be the ideal version to purchase without a Touch Bar impacting usability and battery life.
Agreed, changing up my habits to wearing a mask in public was definitely a much bigger hardship compared to the lucky few that met their maker.
Indeed, how does one have a serious discussion with someone that refuses to acknowledge 2+2=4 because they "believe" the answer is 5.
Really hard to discuss the integrity of our elected officials given the current President's penchant to lie like a marketer.

Proven wrong so you just adjust the goalposts?
Incorrect, I vote by mail from Illinois and they send you confirmation of both your ballot being received and that it was properly counted.
Illinois
10 ILCS 5/19-8 Voters are notified by mail of rejected ballot within two days of rejection.
Voters have until 14 days after election to resolve issue with county election authority.
Why are you making up reasons to question the accuracy of voting by mail if you haven’t read the basics or even tried it?

What dosage do you take and how long does the pain relief last?
They only resigned from the task force, because their union would no longer pay the legal fees related to the protests.
"The union representing Buffalo police officers told its rank and file members Friday that the union would no longer pay for legal fees to defend police officers related to the protests which began Saturday in downtown Buffalo and have continued on and off, according to one source. The union is upset with the treatment of the two officers who were suspended Thursday."

Interesting, instead of providing an example you just confirm your own bias.

Even before Covid-19, our health care system doesn't really provide much for these folks.
Additionally, seeing all the failures of getting money to small businesses during this crisis and all the deaths in nursing homes, I find it hard to believe we'd effectively care for these people as they are isolated at home.
Any particular books you’d recommend?
I also tested Project Stream, and the vision then made a lot more sense, that you were playing a game with cloud saves that could then be continued on your own hardware. This is the model Microsoft is creating with their xCloud while Stadia is forcing you to pay full price for a game for a diminished experience.

You’re not missing out on anything. I have the latest revision of the butterfly design and already had to send in for replacement. The design is useless and none of their bandaid fixes make it reliable.

What did you replace it with?
Would love to upgrade with something as reliable as this 2013 Air I've been abusing everyday for years.
I'd give anything for a windows laptop with the trackpad and reliable sleep/hibernate you get from osx/apple laptops.

Microsoft created the feature so you'd actually have driver support when doing the reset. I'm sure we all love resetting a touch screen only machine to find out it has no touch support for the install.
Lenovo uses Microsoft Windows Platform Binary Table to install bloatware, which gets around any kind of clean install/reset.
Clean install for Windows means nothing when you have shady vendors utilizing this mechanism.
The function lock is actually "smart" even though they don't document it properly, it is actually a toggle and hotkey in one.
Whenever you hold the function key and hit another key while holding function, then release function it will stay in the mode you started in.
