It sucks because I followed the form they sent me and their response was: "Your account doesn't exist".

Well yeh because you guys deleted it...

End of communication. nothing I can do and No one I can contact...

How hard would it be to part something like this over to league of legends mobile?

A lot of the core is there but there’s less champs, runes, items.

(Currently on a pro team for wild rift and since the game is relatively new this would be more useful to us)

Re:Ask HN: Freelancer? Seeking Freelancer? (February 2020) on Tuesday February 04, 2020 @05:28AM (#22234100)
SEEKING WORK

Location: Murrieta, CA

Remote: Yes

Willing to relocate: Yes

Technologies: HTML/CSS JavaScript/Node and related libraries

Résumé/CV: https://www.linkedin.com/in/gagebachik

Email: [email protected]

Hey! I’m a 26yo Dev who’s had a company make it to the final round of YC interviews, worked full time for startups, and done freelance for myself as well as agencies so I’ve seen a bit of everything.

I spent the last 2yrs pursuing a self passion of mine that didn’t pan out and now looking to get back into the field. Willing to do internships to get up to speed with whatever stack is needed. Thanks!

Re:Ask HN: How Do You Read? on Sunday September 01, 2019 @06:21AM (#20851495)
Audiobooks. My father used to read to me growing up and while I’ve tried to get into reading a few times I’m just a terribly slow reader. I have to read the same page 4/5 times to grasp any situation and honestly I just feel like I don’t have the time to read.

Audiobooks have single handedly fixed all of this for me. I’ve been able to listen to and grasp things like the dune series and how to win friends and influence people (unabridged).

Simply listen to an audiobook in your car or headphones on your way to work or at the gym or before you sleep <3

Re:App Academy's (Real) Tuition Model on Thursday June 25, 2015 @11:36PM (#9782349)
I'm 21 and went through a programming bootcamp. In fact I dropped out of college to do it and made the highest starting salary of the bootcamp afterwords (RefactorU).

Risk doesn't give you the right to hide something. It takes a lot of time and effort to go through a bootcamp screening process.

For them to throw a curveball after someone has passed all the requirements is just plain unfair.

What the next generation needs is to stop being told what they need.

Re:Show HN: Rivulet – a music player for torrents on Thursday March 19, 2015 @12:08PM (#9232889)
Hey! LimeWire is back lol.
Thanks for all the resources guys! I really appreciate it! I'll start diving in!
How do you guys understand this stuff!? The topic absolutely fascinated me, but after reading the paper... I just feel dumb. Are there any good resources I could use to better understand machine learning papers such as this? I mean I can't even comprehend the implications this paper could have? Is anyone opening to doing some mentoring? [email protected]
Re:Facebook was down on Tuesday January 27, 2015 @01:35AM (#8951619)
OH MY GOD
I went to a bootcamp called refactorU and got hired out of the gate. To be fair I already had coding experiences and just needed some validation and networks. It took about a month to get a job that I'm happy with!
Re:The Uncle Who Works for Nintendo on Friday October 17, 2014 @05:56PM (#8473571)
Is there a sixth ending? I unlocked all 5 and I can click the ˄ſ̳Ɏ on the bottom... Is that a hint at a 6th ending or are there only 5?
Re:Lecture 1 – How to Start a Startup [video] on Tuesday September 23, 2014 @08:59PM (#8359340)
It was so good I wish It was thursday.

I want mooooore!

Okay! I'll keep the search thing in mind!

Thanks for the info I'll read the articles now.

Thanks! I'll definitely watch the course and I've already delved into OpenBCI a bit!

But I'm way way more interested in CBI's not BCI's.

I want to learn more about the current research being done that sends electrical signals back to the brain to simulate sensory input. I'm having a difficult time finding anything about it though :/

Is practically useless since 90% of the resources are for brain computer interfaces but thanks...

Ask HN: How to feel the internet?

I've recently become fascinated by Brain Machine Brain Interfaces or (BMBIs) and similar technologies such as haptic feedback. Do any of you know any good resources for diving deeper into this subject? I love the idea of being able to feel the internet.
