Like it's co-opting this soft language that the industry is pushing to distance itself from a pyramid scheme, which is very much is?

Design ate content.
Can't agree more with the omnichannel support -- I'm someone that likes to stay off the phone as much as possible, and when I find that most live chats resolve in a, "We can't solve that issue, you should call us" mentality, which is beyond frustrating as a customer.

From the other side, having worked customer service, having all the information you need when you get a customer in front of you is paramount to providing exceptional service and getting a problem solved.

Excellent point -- I completely agree. While there are several different types of coders, I think all too often you have that one person on the team that busies themselves to the point of being wholly unproductive. Applying the "10X" tag to those that work more diligently is probably the best use of "10X" I've seen in a while.

I thought this was going to be an article on how we could connect with each other again, but it seems to make a point on how commerce can benefit from humanity's detached feelings, loneliness, and anxiety. It kinda bummed me out. Now I need a gravity blanket.
Re:Sue, largest T. rex ever found, getting new digs in Chicago on Tuesday February 06, 2018 @12:49PM (#16317922)
I just love that we, as people, named a T-rex, Sue.
