Line: Android/iOS game.

Has a big userbase on Android, but nearly as much on iOS. Made around 3k$/month for a couple of months a year ago, now it's close to nothing as I stopped developing it, don't really now why. The whole thing is made with LibGDX for Android, using the (now defunct) RoboVM for iOS.

I personally like Wickr (https://www.wickr.com). Although they're not as open as Signal, they've also passed several security reviews and I do like their transparency reviews (https://www.wickr.com/about-us/blog/2016/08/01/wickr-transpa...)

Believe it or not, I didn't do much. Facebook / Twitter posts, then nagged everybody I knew to share it (I mean, really nagged them). Before I knew it, it was trending in Portugal and kept spreading to other countries.

A year and something ago I posted about my first mobile game that I developed for Android. It got some cool traction (~3M downloads) and I've ended up doing an iOS version, and a landing page for it (http://2121.io/). Was pretty cool to do a start to finish side-project, since most of them end scrapped. I expect to start developing a new game later on this year. :)
I have an Android and iOS game that took me around 125h to do (including learning time). In the last 12 months it made around $25000, so about $200 per hour.

I'm not counting with time spent maintaining the game, but it should come to about 2~4h/week in the last year or so.

Hi guys,

Just published my first Android game, built entirely off-working hours. This is kind of a major thing for me, being able to finally release a side-project and not just leave it unfinished. So, feedback is more than welcome, try it out!
