News for hackers. Stuff that matters.

Hey guys, after exiting my SaaS company last year and sitting on the couch for 9 months I got the itch to start building again.

Just launched a totally free resource site that I wish I had while running my old business; I signed up for email sequences from hundreds of SaaS companies whose design teams I admire, and curated the best emails here. Would appreciate thoughts or feedback on how to make this more useful to you!

Cheers, Dan

Not sure about the state of the project, but I remember reading this article last year about Bill Gates starting a new city: http://www.businessinsider.com/bill-gates-buys-arizona-land-...
Not leaving a corporate job, but slowly transitioning from freelancing to working on my SAAS business (https://www.scraperapi.com) full time. I'll throw out the suggestion that maybe you should seek a bit of freelance work on the side so you can have some level of income while you work on your business. Even if it's just 5-10 hours a week, if you can get $100/hr from someone for that you can cover a large portion/all of your living costs if you live frugally. Good luck!

Really great article from Stratechery that informs a lot of my thinking on the subject: https://stratechery.com/2015/aggregation-theory/
Just eating less carbs has made me feel a lot better. I'm not too intense about it, but just being mindful of it makes me a lot less tired after meals.

The Daily by the New York Times is an awesome podcast, it's basically an audio newspaper: https://www.nytimes.com/podcasts/the-daily
