Actually the law cares only about tracking not cookies.
And there are a lot of ways to track users even without cookies.
I don't think the law specifies to use cookies to disable cookies and it's a good thing - lawmakers shouldn't care about technological solutions.
Or how about Google making a form of Adsense that doesn't track users?
I somehow have a feeling that large corporations intentionally are trying to make this law ridiculous. E.g. why blogspot pages would need such warnings? Please Google just stop tracking.
I think law is fine and there should be only a handful of sites in the Internet that would need such warnings.
Problem is the abuse of technology to track users.
As a Northern European I'm often amused by all the studies of allergenic properties of milk coming in from different parts of world.
You could make the titanium parts hollow. That would solve the density problem.
Just to elaborate - this has been a popular joke among physicists for some 50 years as fusion power was promised already back then.
There is no "delete" on Internet
Actually I can't even imagine handing cash directly to someone - this kind of seems rude to me. It would be even worse if the note was folded. Doing this also might involve hand contact (which again might make someone uncomfortable). (I'm from Northern Europe).

I'm sorry, I misread it as "New NSA backdoor".
I wonder if any of the "hackers" will get sued.

Adding to this - most privacy/adblock plugins also block analytics.
So I really have to doubt that Google Analytics is of much value.
The problem is not that they are doing this, but that they can.
This is a technology problem and it will not be fixed by shaming offenders (GoGo probably didn't have any evil intentions at all).
Some might actually think that the vulnerability affects only Checkpoint devices.
You can disable third-party cookies in most browsers.
Amazon product pages already have Facebook tracker embedded, so Facebook knows what you are looking at. No need to provide your phone number.
Entering a fake name doesn't really help. If one of your relatives also orders the kit, your name can easily be found out.
I guess he meant pseudo 3 lines.
I suspect a guaranteed job there actually did help a lot of people with mental disorders.
Also back then Eastern Europeans were eating way less meat and sugary foods. Also self grown food was very popular (due to lack of food in centralized stores)
Those worried about supporting content creators - there are other ways to do this( e.g. Flattr).
Early humans: "The future doesn't need us"
Hunter-gatherers: "The future doesn't need us"
Bill Joy: "The future doesn't need us"
Nothing new here and they all were right.
Rats? Is there a pun intended?
It's not like Google is blocking something.
Google is blocked by China.
