My reflection on several startup shutdowns. First big reflection: when mental model doesn't fit the situation, all engineering common sense gets swept away. Senior engineers make "correct" decisions that kill startups because their common sense is built for enterprise, not early-stage chaos.

This is helpful, some clarity now how Cursor's Agent mode works under the hood. Also big plus for "LLM empathy". Going to try your approach for our own project.
