Reminds me of a specific type of flavor of WorkOS. I like it!
Leads are mainly bloggers, primarily email scraping.
Will do, big thankies
Re:Ask HN: What advice would you tell yourself ten years ago? on Thursday January 02, 2020 @01:27PM (#21938130)
I've seen this on ycombinator's yt and it has improved my wellbeing dramatically: https://youtu.be/LH1bewTg-P4 I second this.
This gives off vibes of toggl x trello but I like it! Btw you can use drift instead of telecom if you want to spend less on chat support!

Ask HN: Moving the Needle

I have been looking for ways to begin initial traction for a startup/side project in ways such as getting a newsletter (100 people/friends/some target users) and some attempts at the bullseye framework (https://medium.com/@yegg/the-bullseye-framework-for-getting-traction-ef49d05bfd7e) but to no avail. I know where I want to go for my target audience but am lost from where to start in order to...

Re:Ask HN: How to license Python software with keys? on Wednesday December 18, 2019 @05:02PM (#21829934)
I am creating a desktop piece of software via python and I need to have license keys for x amount of time to use the software (ex. lifetime, yearly, monthly). It would be awesome if it could connect to stripe. The thing im looking for is an easy to integrate method where I can automate the keys and manage them in the cloud without reinventing the wheel.

Here's the way I hope it will work: Users buy it through stripe checkout An email is sent with the key Users enter the key into a gui with the key input Users key is validated Users can use the software for as long as they pay for it.

Thanks in advance!

Re:Ask HN: How do you create a successful community from zero? on Wednesday December 18, 2019 @03:32PM (#21829113)
Fake the supply side (aka content) as much as you can if you are trying to reach the existing community as your seed, if possible make sure people are noticing said content (via social/seo). Or simply reach out to said group or person to get a network started. Make sure engagement is kept high and differentiated as people change so being constant is not always the best scenario.
Re:Ask HN: How do you keep your notes organized? on Tuesday December 17, 2019 @03:45PM (#21818612)
I went old school and asked for a filing cabinet as a gift for the holidays, never been so organized in my life! A tip from me would be dont sort by categories in files but by the periods of time you worked on stuff, like the clusters of work during an entire month for example helps me recall what was happening and find files I need/ an old idea.
