1 - to provide the best possible automatic quality 2 - to offer an advanced editor that lets you fine-tune your dubbing without having to go back to editing software.
In any case, I'm delighted to see people working on this problem. I hope it will help develop this sector.
You can have a look here: https://download.checksub.com/download?videoUrl=https%3A%2F%...
If you're doing professional video translation, Checksub.com offer an efficient workflow to do it. But in that case we don't use the Youtube Subtitles, we offer a better speech-to-text solution.
How it's working:
- Go on checksub.com and create an account
- Upload your video (it's free for the video shorter than 1m30s)
- Define the settings of your project (language,etc...)
- Review the transcription
- Get your automatic translation and edit it.
So in your case, to get your translation you can: 1 - use Checksub's paid offer 2 - export the file in SRT format and translate it with a free solution like Google. However, the problem is that Google will translate subtitle by subtitle without having the whole sentence. So you will get a worse result. 3 - Alternatively, you can export the subtitles in docx format, which will allow you to have a transcription broken down by sentence. But in this case you will not have the time codes to synchronize the text with the video.
Hooho: One API to Compare and Implement Speech-to-Text from Google, AWS, Azure
This is usually part of the designer's creation phase.
It would be nice to be able to create your own UI Kit by selecting different choices of site inspirations, then choose what you prefer, dark or light theme, colors, do you want your sections to have borders or not, do you want a corner radius, do you change the color between each section or do you prefer a full page,...
Good luck
The advantage of your solution would be to always be able to start from the already existing online version. But is it possible to create a UI kit with assets?
Figma does a great job on managing components and state variables. And I already wished I could transform a screenshot into an element composed of several elements in Figma.
Anyway it's a great idea and product.

Ask HN: Should we go open source for a new product?
We are preparing a new tech product, and we see more and more open source initiatives. We can see the benefit that this can have for the community. But it also brings risks of additional competition. For a tech solution in which situation it is relevant to put its product in open source? What do you have to pay attention to?What do you think of the Terraform model with the open source and...

Ask HN: How to find and convince a skilled dev to join a bootstrapped startup?
I created a startup project, and we have a good traction, but now we really need to strengthen our (small) technical team to improve our solution. Where should I look? Github? How can I make him/her want to join the adventure?
