Tineye is a simple prevention. If the photo is indexed online, the owner is findable.
Right. This is how Aqua migrated to Brushed Metal
Jobs was very good at ignoring existing work and claiming Apple's version was a revolutionary new invention.

Mad Men stole it from Jerry Maquire.

"It's not a manifesto. It's a mission statement."

The TV show does have meaningless porn dumped on top to keep the audience interested. That is HBO's trademark.

Do moviegoers feel bad when people die in movies? I do, and it makes me not like the movie, unless it is a drama and the death gets appropriate attention and consideration.
This is article is brought to you by the sort of people who do 'technical analysis' of stock charts to predict price movements.

Title doesn't really make sense. This is just a lottery, with a bit of a PvP angle. Spending more increases odds of winning.
Re:Google Glass: The Opposition Grows on Sunday March 17, 2013 @01:11AM (#5388231)
This is idiotic opposition. Spy cameras exist. Bluetooth earpieces exist, Glass is interesting for what it receives (the server software integration) and for its HUD, not what it caputures and transmits.
I have a cold fusion reactor in my basement. It extracts free energy from the vacuum and it powers my car instead of gasoline.

Since you are antifragilist and don't have a God Complex, you are well suited to invest in my project to commercialize this technology!

If foreigners can't submit to our responsibilities, then they can't have our rights. The US doesn't rule the whole world, and the world doesn't want US to. Therefore, conflicts will arise, and there is no fair play among warring nations.
The problem of habeas corpus isn't to protect Al Awalki, it is to prevent the government from torturing Al Avalki for ten years and then saying, oops, we got the wrong guy.

Re:Uncopyright on Friday March 01, 2013 @10:45AM (#5304823)
You are assuming that restrictive copyright should be a personal choice. That is not a generally accepted concept. The majority has many legitimate claims to restrict the power of an individual, in general.
Re:Uncopyright on Friday March 01, 2013 @10:42AM (#5304803)
Why do you say that?

Incorrect. He was welcome on the network, as is everyone on MIT's public network. His specific downloading activity was unwelcome.
Re:At $1.1 Billion, Bloomberg Is Top University Donor in U.S. on Sunday January 27, 2013 @01:59AM (#5123481)

An effective deterrent catches no one. An A/B test is needed, but...
Beautiful reasoning from that judge: Don't be a victim of a crime, as that distracts police from their work.
