It's rad. I use it for everyday expenses. I have it set up as a shared card with my spouse, we each have our own physical and digital cards. The integration with the Apple ecosystem is pretty great if that's what you are into; we get notifications on each other's transactions, and the categorized spending breakdowns in the wallet app help us with budgeting. Paying credit card bills is easy with the app. Disputing a charge is easy with the app.
I have only one, Adam Levine's Money Stuff. I don't think I'd be able to handle more newsletters though. I remember subscribing to too many in the past, and eventually filtering them all into the garbage or unsubscribing.
As for why this one newsletter stuck, I think it's due to Levine's tone and enthusiasm for the material. And also due to how much garbage is out there when you try to find information on financial markets. It's nice to have a clear signal through the noise.
I've had the best luck with Robinhood watchlists. Basically, for any option trade you would make, instead of actually purchasing it, just put it on the watchlist. Then you can watch it go to zero and not actually lose your investment.
sparkling with a splash of bitters. I have a home kegerator setup from my homebrewing days that is only used for carbonated water now.
It seems odd that nobody has mentioned this.. but take a nap.
I set a phone timer for 18 minutes, lay down in the dark, and nap for a bit. 18 minutes is completely arbitrary, but my body has adjusted to that time specifically, for me.
Back before I ever spoke to anyone about databases, I pronounced it to myself as "squirrel". Good times.
You can hate this all you want, but the next time your office is out of coffee, imagine having a button that makes it show up.
This doesn't have to be for the home. There are thousands of things that it won't be good for. There are more that it will be good for.
I was going to try it, but it looks like too many people are killing their myspaces alread.
"Myspace service currently unavailable, due to massive requests!!"
I think you're right... and the rep that the process gets comes from those 5% with problems, who are shouting at the top of their lungs (typing furiously?), while the other 95% are quietly and contentedly working on their next app.
My own experience with the app store has been smooth and uneventful; definitely nothing worth invoking Internet Rage over.
Wondering how many people tried going to long-domain-name-i-spent-10-dollars-on-just-to-put-one-snarky-word-in-96-point-helvetica.com
like me...
Actually a bit of market research for a book. Trying to decide between two cover blurbs: "A programming background in Java or C++ is recommended." or "A background in object-oriented languages is recommended."
The book uses some Java and C++ comparisons when introducing new concepts.
Edit: Also, awesome site. Thanks for the link!
Thanks for the sweet data! Could I ask for anyone who only knows "other languages", which ones do you mostly use? What sort of field are you in?

Voted back up, because the post about taking methamphetamines has more points than the post about taking adderall.
O sweet, hook me up!

Link gives only "Database Error". Is this intentionally ironic, or is it unexpected?
Sharp, clean sounds with a bit of nostalgia. It appeals to a certain demographic; if it's not for you, then so it goes.
Nope. Carriers restrict access to... pretty much anything cool - bluetooth, wifi, internet, usb, third-party apps, custom ringtones, custom wallpapers... all locked down and accessible for a price
The whole internet rage thing could have been avoided if AT&T posted this _before_ blocking 4chan.
First guess was football, since it would be seasonally periodic, and would spike in different times of the year due to the different international seasons... but the peaks aren't in the right spot, so no dice =(
I was highly amused by searching for wordoids containing 'fuck'.
On a more serious note, I am trying to find a business name with a partner, and would have liked a link to a given page of results, so that I can share them.
That's the first time I have heard of that... is that official?
