Love the Notion like design!
This is awesome! I can imagine something like this in the text-based video editor we are developing. One usage could be automatic frame alignment for moving objects.
Isn't it hard to switch back and forth between both frameworks?
I also have the feeling that everyone has switched to React or Vue. However, Angular is still taught at our university. But nice to see that there are still Angular developers out there !

So far, this has actually worked out well. Especially for us in an early phase, every feedback and request from a user is very helpful. But that the model works is also proven by tools such as Figma.
We at Type Studio try to offer our SaaS completely free, as we believe everyone should find out if the product is helpful. Especially as students ourselves we don't have the possibility to pay monthly fees for all the services we like to use. That's why our approach is to offer a completely free version of our video and make people who only want to edit 1 video a month happy with it. But of course we also have to think economically and make sure that our business is sustainable.
We at Type Studio (
https://typestudio.co) have been using Finmark for a few weeks now and I have to say, I have never seen such a simple and clear financial plan tool.
The interface is super clean and the charts are in a nice design. It really helps us to stay ahead of all our important metrics and makes it so much easier to report them to our investors.
Great job! Keep on rocking.

One advantage I see in the browser is that you don't need a high end PC to render videos. And you can access it from anywhere.
Thank you! Indeed, product demos are very well suited for text-based editing. I look forward to your feedback when you have edited some of your videos.
We started developing Type Studio because we were annoyed by how over engineered many video editors are.
Our approach is to edit a video based on the transcribed text. So we match each transcribed word with the video sequence. If you delete a word or sentence, the corresponding video sequence is cut out. If nobody is talking, pauses are represented by dots which can also be edited. The whole application runs in the browser.
The goal is to make video editing easier and faster. Of course this is only suitable for videos that include some kind of speech.

I don't think any tech companies will ever survive that long.
Cant wait to see this chip in the 16-inch.
Nice! Is there a possibility to be added?
Big fan of chess! Who watches Hikaru's YT videos? Full of awesome tactics.
Bought an apple watch and it helps me track my sleep better and make sure I get enough of it.
Lol! Is it build with OpenAI?
Without speech recognition our startup would not exist today. We are developing a text-based video editor where the video is cut over the transcribed speech.
JS / Angular expert typestudio.co
Absolutely true! We are currently working on detecting breaks, so that you can still edit these areas.
Is text-based video editing really a new disruptive thing? What are your thoughts?
