I have a portfolio of websites I ran since July 2021. To date they have generated $19.5K and I have barely done any work on them in terms of improvements or maintenance. Traffic is decreasing and I don't care enough to figure out why or fix it, so looking to sell them off for cheap. If interested email: [email protected]

I think YouTube is a good option. If you really want to do this, just start it. I recently started doing something similar and plan to expand to youtube.

I was not really planning on this much. Did it this weekend as a project. However, I do plan on making youtube videos on how this was built to teach upcoming developers as part of this startup I'm working on called codefogo.com.

finnhub.io has a nice API for getting finance and stock information. They are the ones I used for this.

The next plan is to create a mini course for entry level engineers to learn some frontend development. I don't really plan on updating this site much though.
