Not even taking in account the rise of advertising for the app creators self, the loses you have from not being able to redirect to your own website, giving specific incentives that Apple doesn't allow etc etc etc.
So no, it's not just bashing, and that's the reason Apple does it secretly
You could create a bootstrap page after first install, bit that makes it feel like unfair cause the app was 'free' on the app store.
So once again Apple got it all figured out how to make stuff difficult for creators and make money while doing it

Under heavy development and simplified. Removed the trading bots part and focusing on realising 'social overview + price alarms' for now.
Only check on chrome svp
But Ionic uses Angular internally -> Cordova-> PhoneGap (mobile)
Depending if one is good with other languages and some patterns like MVC, I really like to give someone that has 'figured out' the DOM and jquery etc pa.k. frontend in general, a push to Backbone as a JS learning framework. It's very clean and has a relative hard line between data -> View compared to Angular 4 etc. Also I think Backbone is so simple, It makes learning build flows with Gulp, Webpack etc easier. Thats not something to forget in modern JS world..
If all coding is new to a person, use Jquery only to show 'how simple it can be' and than make very clear most code written in Jquery should be considered a 'quick cheat' and does not hold any true JS revelation. Just to let them keep there eyes open and keep setting targets for themself like faster, scalable etc coding skills in Vanilla JS
But I recommend skipping all frameworks and do a lot with native JS and learn the prototype chain.. this will make you understand a lot more about how JavaScript works and also how JS is attached to the DOM.
Frameworks change so often in JS world!
I really do feel like a junky, that has found a pile of whatever it needs and the world encourages me to get better in 'using' and keeps paying me more to get higher and higher.. it's such a strange 'unethical' feeling.. I'm programming for about 8 years now in full throttle, and it keeps feeling stranger.. I'm somehow glad others experience it also...
It happens about 3-4 out of 5 times just because I real like the software I'm building or because I get thrilled about how to make something 'boring' a masterpiece to look at or even because I know there is something I don't understand.
It's almost like a drug to keep coding en digging deeper every day. To a point where I even feel somekind of a huge pressure in the middle of night to 'profit' very hard of the last minutes i' m awake.
Doesn't feel healthy anymore haha. But I just love to much somehow
Im a Freelance Javascript developer currently having a very easy/boring job.. No kids, no wife, just a dog :)
