There's something to this but calling "grow" a buzzword is misguided. Some of the list (which anyone could just search for themselves, the list is https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_buzzwords) is only in context. "Grow a business" and similar uses is buzzwordy. But don't call my writing buzzwordy because I used the word "grow" c'mon!
