No worries, when you get frustrated enough none of the above four points will matter. You'd do anything to get rid of him.

All that is assuming you have a valid case against him not contributing--and not just "we don't get along".

I would suggest that "we dont get along" if really true is a good a reason as any to split. If you're not getting along now and have really tried its not going to get any better.
