This is awesome. I'm redesigning my blog and this will be really handy. I've never liked any of the current color scheme designers because they were too complex and I don't seem to get enough out of it.

What I'd love is something like this but with sample text, and change the background and foreground colors in real-time so that I can see how colors interact between text and backgrounds. I always have trouble trying to choose which colors to use for backgrounds. Good palettes just don't work most of the time because too much of one color doesn't play well.

I think this is awesome, and have been using it quite a bit during the past few days.

After trying to use it to find a red based color scheme, I found that many of the reds that I wanted to save often fell underneath the scroll bar on the left hand side, which meant that I wasn't able to save their values.

Very simple, and really awesome.

I only have one thing to say, it's not immediately obvious that scrolling changes the saturation.

I greatly appreciate the meaningful URLs that make it crazy easy to extract the hex values for later use.

Why does http://color.hailpixel.com/#C00000 get immediately translated to http://color.hailpixel.com/#C20000 ?

The last value seems to always get changed when you enter your own hex codes.

Very useful. Would be nice, though, if you could reorder the color swaths that have already been chosen.

Simple and brilliant.
