Change in “how to become …” searches - Radiologist +50%. They were the first high skills career at risk a few years back.
It’s like every career goes through their progressive wave of replacement and emerges on the other side with the new tools. Hiring freezes and AI psychosis is no fun but I can see it passing slowly.
School teachers probably have the exact same crisis that programmers had. Their conversations and social media circle might not overlap as much and therefore, to each person, it’s a new discussion and it feels like a personal attack on their field.
