I've noticed a marked increase in overall shitty, childish, selfish behavior in and out of the work place since around 2016. Being an asshole has absolutely been normalized.

I'm personally un-normalizing this. I've left meetings for this shit and will continue to do so. I don't give two shits which service is broken or what bug made it to prod, if you can't talk to me about it without sounding like a tweenage boy, you can fucking fix it yourself.
